Shiprocket Integration

Go to Integrations → Shiprocket (route /shiprocket). Connect with your Shiprocket account email and password.

Form fields

• Email – your Shiprocket account email.
• Phone Number – your registered phone.
• Password – your Shiprocket password (used to get an API token; not stored long-term).
• Pickup Location – your warehouse name as registered in Shiprocket.
• Company Name – your business name.
• Channel ID – your Shiprocket channel ID (found in Shiprocket → Settings → Channels).
• Company ID – your Shiprocket company/account ID.

Enable toggle

After filling the form, use the Enable toggle to activate the integration. Save. Shiprocket will appear as a shipping option in orders.

Booking a shipment

Open an order, click Book Shipment. Select the courier service. Cresivox sends the order to Shiprocket, which returns an AWB (tracking number) and a label PDF. Print the label and hand to the courier.
