Discount Coupons
Create and manage discount coupons for customers to apply at checkout.

Coupons give customers a discount at checkout. Go to Products → Coupons (route /ecommerce/coupons).
Creating a coupon
Click Create Coupon and fill in:
- Product – the product(s) the coupon applies to (leave blank for all products).
- Active Status – on/off.
- Start Date and End Date – validity window.
- Coupon Code – the string customers enter (e.g., DIWALI20).
- Coupon Type – percentage discount or fixed amount.
- Discount Value – the amount or percentage off.
- Country – restrict to a specific country (optional).
- Gift Item – add a free product that's included when coupon is applied (optional).
- Minimum Purchase Amount – coupon only applies above this cart total.
- Coupon Limit – max number of times it can be used across all customers.
💡Single-use coupons: To create a coupon that each customer can use only once, set Coupon Limit to the number of customers you expect and create unique codes per customer if needed.
Viewing usage
The coupon list shows the usage count next to each coupon so you can track how many times it has been redeemed.
