Business Settings
Configure your store's GST, branding, invoice settings, and team access.

General business configuration lives under Settings → Profile Settings (route /forms/profile-settings). Sub-tabs cover Personal Information, Billing, and Notifications.
GST configuration
- Enter GSTIN in the GST Number field.
- Enable GST on Invoices toggle.
- Set default tax rate (5%, 12%, 18%, or 28%) globally or per product.
- Choose inclusive or exclusive GST display on the storefront.
Store logo and branding
Go to Ecommerce → Logo (route /ecommerce/logo) to upload your store logo, configure your store subdomain, and set brand colours for the storefront.
Team members
Go to Team → Employees (route /ecommerce/employees) to add team members. Roles available: Employee (restricted access), Admin User (full access except billing), Delivery Man (sees only delivery queue). Each member gets their own login credentials.
