Offline & COD Payments
Enable Cash on Delivery and bank transfer as checkout payment options.

Go to Payments → Offline Payments (route /offlinepayment). This configures Cash on Delivery and bank transfer options that do not require a payment gateway.
Bank transfer fields
Fill in:
- Bank Name – your bank (e.g., HDFC Bank).
- IFSC Code – 11-character branch code.
- Receiver Name – the account holder name.
How bank transfer works
After a customer selects Bank Transfer at checkout, they see your bank details on the thank-you page. They transfer manually. The order stays in Pending status until you manually confirm receipt and move it to Confirmed.
💡Enabling COD: Go to Payments → Payment Settings (route /payments-settings) to enable or disable Cash on Delivery globally and set any COD restrictions (minimum/maximum order value, specific pin codes).
