Complete KYC to activate your supplier account and start accepting B2B orders.

Suppliers must complete KYC before their products become visible to retailers. Go to KYC (route /ecommerce/wholesaler-kyc-form) — visible only to Supplier accounts.
Required documents
- PAN Card (individual or company).
- Aadhaar Card or Voter ID.
- GST Certificate (if GST registered).
- Bank account details (cancelled cheque or passbook scan).
- Business address proof (utility bill or rental agreement).
Submission
Upload each document as a clear JPEG or PDF (max 5 MB). Submit. The Cresivox compliance team reviews within 1–3 business days. You receive a notification on the outcome.
ℹ️After approval: Products become visible to all retailers on the Cresivox network. Your account is eligible for wallet payouts. If rejected, fix the identified issue and resubmit — no resubmission limit.
