Categories & Sub-categories
Organise your catalog into parent categories and sub-categories.

Go to Products → Categories (route /ecommerce/categories) to create and manage categories. A separate Sub-Categories page is at /ecommerce/subCategories.
Creating a category
- Click Create Category.
- Enter the category name.
- Upload a category image (shown on the storefront category listing page).
- Save.
Creating a sub-category
Go to Products → Sub-Categories → Create. Select the parent category, enter the sub-category name, upload an image, and save. Sub-categories appear nested under their parent in the storefront navigation.
⚠️Category hierarchy limit: Cresivox supports two levels: parent and sub-category. Do not expect deeper nesting — the storefront navigation only renders two levels.
Reordering
Drag and drop categories in the list to change storefront display order.
