Go to Analytics (route /analytics) for a comprehensive performance overview. Use the date range picker to compare any two periods.
Sales metrics
- Total Revenue – GMV for the period.
- Orders Placed – total order count.
- Average Order Value (AOV).
- Units Sold.
- Refund Rate.
Product performance
The Products tab shows units sold, revenue, and views per product. Sort by any column to find your top and bottom performers.
Order reports
Detailed order-level reports are at /ecommerce/orderreports. Sales summary reports at /ecommerce/salesreport. Product-level reports at /ecommerce/productreport.
