Delivery Agents
Add and manage delivery agents who fulfil orders in your area.

Go to Team → Delivery Man (route /ecommerce/delivery-man) to manage your in-house delivery agents.
Adding a delivery agent
- Click Create Delivery Man.
- Enter name, phone, email, and vehicle details.
- Set a password.
- Save.
Assigning orders
In the order detail, assign it to a delivery agent. The agent sees the order in their delivery queue (they log in to a simplified view showing only assigned orders).
Delivery Man order view
Delivery agents have their own filtered order list at /ecommerce/deliveryManOrder showing only their assigned orders. They can mark orders as Delivered from their view.
ℹ️Chat with agents: A chat feature is available at /ecommerce/delivery-man/chat-list to communicate with delivery agents directly from the dashboard.
