Sales Reports
Export order and product sales data for accounting and GST filing.

Sales and order reports are available at routes /ecommerce/salesreport, /ecommerce/orderreports, and /ecommerce/productreport.
Available reports
- Order Report – all orders with product, customer, amount, status, payment method.
- Sales Report – revenue summary by day/week/month.
- Product Report – units and revenue per product.
Exporting
Set date range, apply filters, and click Export. The CSV downloads immediately. Import into Excel, Google Sheets, or accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks).
💡GST reconciliation: Use the order export to reconcile Razorpay settlements: compare orders marked Paid in Cresivox against the Razorpay settlement report. Any paid order not in a settlement within T+3 days should be investigated.
