Configure your business profile, GSTIN, store URL, logo, and notification preferences.

Go to the profile settings page (Settings → Profile Settings) to fill out your business information. This data appears on your storefront and all generated invoices.
Business profile fields
- Business Name – appears on your storefront header and all invoices.
- Business Address – used on GST invoices and shipping labels.
- GSTIN – required for GST invoicing. Leave blank if you are under the GST threshold.
- Business Phone & Email – shown in your store's contact section.
- Logo – upload a PNG/JPG (recommended 512×512 px).
Billing settings
Go to Settings → Profile Settings → Billing to configure invoice prefix, tax settings (inclusive vs exclusive), and default payment terms for invoices.
Notification preferences
Go to Settings → Profile Settings → Notifications. Enable or disable alerts for new orders, low stock, payment failures, and refund requests. Enter the email or WhatsApp number to receive them.
💡Custom domain: Your default store URL is auto-generated from your business name (e.g., mehraandsons.cresivox.store). To connect a custom domain, go to Store Setup → Logo (the logo settings page also has domain configuration). Enter your domain and follow the CNAME DNS instructions. Propagation takes 10–60 minutes.
