CRM Leads

Work leads through New → Called → Interested → Converted, filter by source and form, and add leads manually.

Updated 2026-07-09

Go to Marketing CRM → Leads (route /crm/leads). Every lead your store has — from Facebook, WhatsApp, a manual entry, or a bulk import — lives here with a status, an assigned agent, and a full call history.

Filtering

  • Status tabs – New, Called, Interested, Callback, Converted, Dead, and Overdue (a follow-up came due and passed).
  • Source pills – filter by where a lead came from. This list is built from your own leads, so you'll only ever see sources that actually apply to your store, not every source that exists on the platform.
  • Form dropdown – for Facebook-sourced leads, filter by which specific ad form they submitted (e.g. a 'Retailer Signup' form vs a 'Product Enquiry' form).
  • Search – by name, phone, or email.

Working a lead

Click Log to record a call attempt — outcome and notes are saved to that lead's history and its status can move forward (e.g. New → Called → Interested). Click a row to open the full lead detail and history.

Adding leads manually

Add Lead covers anything that arrived outside your automated channels — a walk-in, a referral, a phone call someone took directly.

💡Bulk import: Import CSV accepts a plain spreadsheet (name/phone/email/source/notes columns) or a raw Facebook Ads Manager export — the form name and any custom question columns (e.g. budget, city, niche) are picked up automatically and folded into the lead's notes.

Export

Export downloads the current filtered view as a spreadsheet — useful for reporting outside the dashboard or handing a list to someone off-platform.
