Wallet & Withdraw Reports
Track wallet top-ups, deductions, and customer/vendor withdrawal requests.

Wallet activity is at Reports → Wallet Reports (route /wallet-reports). Withdrawal requests are at /withdraw-reports.
Wallet Reports
- Customer name and phone.
- Transaction type: credit (top-up, refund, bonus) or debit (checkout payment).
- Amount and date.
- Running balance.
- Reference order ID (for deductions).
ℹ️Total wallet liability: The summary card shows Total Outstanding Balance — sum of all customer wallet balances. This is pre-paid money not yet spent. Track as a liability in your accounts.
Withdraw Reports
At /withdraw-reports, view all withdrawal requests from customers and vendors. Click the row or use the view link (/withdraw-reports/[id]) to see details and mark the payout as processed.
