View and manage your email and SMS subscriber list.

Subscriber analytics and management are at Reports → Subscriber Reports (route /subscriber-reports). Customers subscribe via the storefront footer form.
Subscriber metrics
- Total active email and SMS subscribers.
- New subscribers in the selected period.
- Unsubscribes and net growth.
- Per-campaign open and click rates.
Sending broadcasts
SMS broadcasts require Twilio (or a supported Indian provider) connected under Integrations → Twilio. Email broadcasts use your configured email sender. Create a broadcast from the subscriber reports page.
⚠️Unsubscribe compliance: Every broadcast includes an unsubscribe link automatically. Do not manually re-add opted-out subscribers — this violates TRAI and CAN-SPAM regulations.
