Adding Products
Create a new product with images, price, variants, and stock.

Go to Products → Create Product (route /ecommerce/products/create) to add a new listing.
Required fields
- Product Name – be descriptive.
- Category – select or create a category.
- Price – selling price.
- Stock Quantity – units available.
- At least one product image (JPEG/PNG, max 5 MB).
Optional fields
- Compare-at Price – original/MRP shown as strikethrough.
- SKU – your internal stock-keeping unit code.
- Barcode – EAN, UPC, or custom.
- Weight & dimensions – for Shiprocket rate calculation.
- Description – rich text editor with bold, lists, tables.
- Brand – assign to a brand (manage brands separately).
- Tags – help with storefront search.
Draft vs Published
Save Draft keeps the product hidden from customers. Publish makes it live immediately. Toggle the status any time from the product list.
💡Bulk import: Go to Products → Import. Download the CSV template, fill it in, and upload. Images must be referenced by publicly accessible URL in the CSV — upload images to the Media Library first.
