Facebook Leads
Pull in leads from your Facebook/Instagram lead ads and push them into the CRM.

Go to Facebook → Leads (route /ecommerce/fbLeads). This is a raw inbox of everyone who submitted one of your connected Facebook Page's lead forms — separate from the Marketing CRM's own Leads list.
Getting leads in
- Sync Leads – pick a lead form (or paste a Form ID) and pull in every submission for it via the Facebook Graph API.
- Import Excel – upload a manual export if you have one instead.
- A WhatsApp number field at the top controls where new-lead alerts are sent — keep it current.
Sending leads to the CRM
Click Push to Marketing CRM. This copies every lead here into the CRM's Leads list with Source set to Facebook, so your telecallers can start working them — it does not move or delete anything from this Facebook Leads inbox.
ℹ️The Form column: Each lead shows which lead form it came from, resolved to the form's real name via your connected Page — not just a raw form ID. If a lead's form was deleted or belongs to a Page you're no longer connected to, the column is left blank rather than showing a meaningless ID.
