Offline Orders & POS
Record walk-in and phone sales using the built-in Point of Sale screen.

Cresivox includes a POS (Point of Sale) screen for recording in-person and phone sales without requiring the customer to use your online storefront. Access it from the cash-register icon in the sidebar (route /search/real-estate).
Creating a POS sale
- Search for a product by name or scan a barcode.
- Click the product to add it to the cart. Adjust quantity as needed.
- Apply a discount (fixed or percentage) if required.
- Select payment method: Cash, UPI, Card, or Credit.
- Click Charge. Enter the amount received — change due is calculated automatically.
- Print or WhatsApp the receipt to the customer.
Where POS orders appear
POS sales appear under Orders → Offline Orders (route /offlineOrders), separate from online orders. They deduct inventory the same way online orders do but do not trigger the online checkout payment flow.
