Onboarding Checklist
Follow the guided onboarding wizard to go from a blank account to a live store.

Cresivox includes a guided onboarding flow at Settings → Onboarding Setup. Each step is automatically marked complete when you perform the required action.
Onboarding steps
- 1. Fill business profile (name, address, GSTIN, logo).
- 2. Select a store theme under Store Setup → Theme.
- 3. Add at least one product category.
- 4. Add your first product with images, price, and stock.
- 5. Connect a payment gateway (Razorpay recommended).
- 6. Configure shipping (Shiprocket or manual rates).
- 7. Preview your storefront.
- 8. Place a test order to verify checkout.
- 9. Publish your store.
ℹ️After going live: Once published, your storefront is publicly accessible. Orders placed by real customers appear in the Orders panel immediately. WhatsApp and email notifications fire if you configured them in step 7.
